Kenneth Lini
Managing Partner

Ken Lini is an experienced IT professional who has worked in corporate and small business environments including the Department of Agriculture, IBM and Agilent for 30+ years. Mr. Lini has successfully managed several small, start-up companies and, as Managing Partner, demonstrated strong management skills in establishing the companies as business entities. He has considerable teaching experience and, while with Agilent Corporation, developed and presented various software training classes to an international audience throughout Europe and Asia. As project manager he has successfully implemented several large, complex networking and software development projects and is known to bring projects in on schedule and within budget.

James Cox
Internal Counsel

Jim Cox is an experienced businessman and a lawyer with over 30 years of corporate experience. He has organized, financed, and managed a technology company and a mining operation. As a practicing attorney, he handled numerous acquisitions, mergers and divestitures, made six appearances before the Kentucky Supreme Court, tried two cases resulting in multi-million dollar jury verdicts, and won a precedent setting RICO action before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, representing major banks, mining companies, highway contractors, health care concerns, and government agencies. Mr. Cox brings a deep understanding on the structuring of and financing of start-up companies.

Amy Francis
Education Specialist

Amy Francis has over eighteen years of experience working with innovative school systems and teaching elementary school children in the classroom and as an instructional coach in English as a Second Language techniques and strategies. Prior to becoming a teacher, Ms. Francis earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders and Speech Science from the University of Colorado in Boulder. While teaching elementary students in Aurora Public schools, Ms. Francis earned a Master of Arts in Teaching and Learning with and endorsement in Linguistically Diverse Education from Regis University. She has a professional teaching license in K-6 elementary education and K-12 ESL education. She has held various leadership positions at the school level and is excited to combine all of her unique academic and life experiences to create a model education program dedicated to bringing out the best in every child. She has a passion for learning and teaching and strongly believes that a great teacher is one who never stops the quest of learning. 

 

David Love
R&D Manager

Dave Love is a senior IT networking specialist with over 40 years of diverse experience in the government, financial, retail, medical, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical and communications industry sectors. He has five years of international experience in the Middle East with the US Government deploying technology to support hydrologists, meteorologists, food scientists and soil scientists. Mr. Love has proven ability to lead, manage, design, plan, and implement network performance management, testing and capacity planning solutions that support business objectives for IBM internal, external, e-business and On Demand customers; possessing a unique and creative perspectives on problem resolution.

Stephen Cox
CFO

Steve Cox is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of diverse experience in finance, operational accounting, tax, and audit management. Mr. Cox has been a key member of the executive team for several successful start-up and turn around businesses. His experiences include helping restructure the accounting and finance department of QVL Pharmacy ; raising additional funding to rebuild the Sales, Marketing and IT departments; performed as Chief Financial Officer for Alden Resources LLC shortly after it started in 2007 as a start-up $35M coal mining company.
